When entering the property, we check the electricity meter with our guest. We do the same operation the last day to calculate the real consumption during their stay. The A/C electricity has to be paid by the guest by the deposit or pay with the airbnb resolution at the departure time. Electricity is included in the rental cost and is the main source of consumption for the A/C and hot water heater. We provide a generous amount of kilowatts included in your reservation, allowing you to use the air conditioning throughout the night and at certain times during the day. If you exceed the allocated amount, any additional kilowatts will be charged at $0.45 USD each.
